The mainboard is the Executive Committee, which shall comprise 19 members elected from party membership. The Chairman, V/ Chairman, Secretary-general, assistant secretary-general plus other 15 Head of the department has the following duties and responsibilities:

1.   To carry out decisions passed by the policies Committee and the General Assembly.
2. To perform daily activities of UPM.
3.   To ensure that the UPM’s Program and Constitution are implemented and executed
4. The Executive Committee makes sure that the Military wing is strengthened to accomplish its duties.
5. Makes decisions to support UPM.
6.   The Executive Committee shall prepare agendas for the Policies Committee.
7. The Executive Committee shall monitor, evaluate the performance and function of UPM’s Committees, Directors, and Military High Command.
8. The Executive Committee shall make sure that all expenses and income are correctly recorded. 
9. The Executive Committee shall report to the policies Committee/parliament.
10.       It shall perform other duties assigned by the Policies Committee.
