The only way we could survive is

• To dedicated ourselves and care for one another.
• To committed ourselves by doing amazing thing to inspire others.
• To look after our neighbors.

Equal justice for all

• Our justice system shall be base on individual action. No parent or child shall be punished for the crime of one another.
• Our justice system shall be base on individual address but not his/her geographical location.
• Discrimination and personal attack shall be a punishable crime in our justice system.

Membership commitment

1. He or she must be willing to defend the rights of the Paanyuaa people.
2. He or she should be 18 years old and above.
3. He or she should accept and commit to implementing the UPM Program and Constitution.
4. He or she should be obedient to political organization, association, or group
5.   He or she shall submit a membership application form to a nearby UPM office or online platform

Membership Rights

1. All members have the right to participate in UPM meetings and express their views democratically.
2. All members have equal rights to be elected and elect members for offices
3. All members have the right to information about the progress of the UPM.

 Membership Obligations

1.   All members should respect the Program and the Constitution of UPM.
2. All members should abide by and stand for the principles and regulations of UPM.
3. All members should pay membership fees regularly.
4. All members should respond to UPM duties and tasks when called upon by the leadership to carry out an assignment
5. All members should represent UPM ethically and professionally at anywhere, any time.
6.   All members should defend and pay sacrifice for UPM to achieve its objectives and vision.
