Our foreign policy is based on mutual understanding, respect for human rights, and equal partnership with the nations that recognize Paanywaa and establish embassies in the country.

 

  1. UPM shall have trade and investment policies with the nations that recognize Paanywaa as a nation.

2. UPM shall have defense policies on cooperation with the nations that recognize Paanywaa as a nation.

 

3. UPM shall have the Development cooperation and expertise policy with the nations that recognize Paanywaa as a country.
