Security programs
To be at peace with our neighbors, we must be prepared and ready for war. UPM consider the security of Paanywaa as a priority above all the programs. We, the people of Paanywaa, have experienced much more terror than any society for 140 years. We also understand that there shall be no economic and human development without security. Therefore:
- UPM shall train vital security agencies to protect our natural resources and national interest.
- UPM shall use the Paanywaa People Defense Force (PPDF) to build the border wall at dangerous frontiers, especially the western part of Paanywaa.
- UPM shall support the compulsory military training for all eligible citizen aged 18. The military career is a choice during peacetime. However, mandatory service is necessary for all citizens ages 18 to 60 during wartime.
